Jim O’Donnell is an accomplished leader with a strong track record of excellence in implementing strategic and sustainable growth.​ Jim has 20+ years in operations, marketing, and sales in a diverse array of hospitality, events, and venue businesses, globally.

In various roles with segment leaders, Jim has driven sales strategies and unlocked high performing sales teams. As a strategist and leader, Jim has grown revenues and exceeded targets, always with an eye on efficiency and sustainability for the long-term success of the organization.

A proud two time Temple University alumnus, Jim holds a Master’s Degree from the School of Sport, Tourism & Hospitality Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Marketing & Business Law from the Fox School of Business.

Jim is a passionate supporter of education and, in addition to his volunteer work, he has served in consultant, guest lecturer, and adjunct faculty roles, specializing in business and hospitality management.
