ABOUT THE FOUNDER

Jim O’Donnell is an accomplished leader with a strong track record of excellence in strategic and sustainable growth.​  Jim has 20+ years in operations, marketing, and sales in events, hotels, casinos, and other B2B solutions across regional and global markets with a track record of success in key verticals. 

​

In various roles with segment leaders, Jim has driven sales strategies and unlocked high performing sales teams. As a strategist and leader, Jim has grown revenues and exceeded targets, always with an eye on efficiency and sustainability for the long-term success of the organization.

​

Jim holds a Master’s Degree from the Temple University School of Sport, Tourism & Hospitality Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Marketing & Business Law from the Fox School of Business & Management at Temple University.

​

Jim is a passionate supporter of education and, in addition to his volunteer work, he has served in consultant, guest lecturer, and faculty roles, specializing in business and hospitality management.
