In 2021, Jim O'Donnell founded Second to Won with the mission of bringing his experience, network, and insights to meet clients' - specifically small and medium businesses and early stage startups - to help them to drive deliberate decisions that will enable them to win more.

Jim O’Donnell is an accomplished sales strategist with a strong track record of excellence in enterprise account, channel, and partnership strategy.
Jim has expertise in the design of high performing sales organizations including developing sales roles, recruiting, training, compensation, and incentive planning.
Jim has 20+ years in operations, marketing, and sales in events, hotels, casinos, and other B2B solutions across regional and global markets with a track record of success in key verticals.
In various roles with segment leaders, Jim has driven sales strategies and unlocked high performing sales teams. As a strategist and leader, Jim has grown revenues and exceeded targets, always with an eye on efficiency and sustainability for the long-term success of the organization.
Jim holds a Master’s Degree from the Temple University School of Sport, Tourism & Hospitality Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Marketing & Business Law from the Fox School of Business & Management at Temple University.
Jim is a passionate supporter of education and, in addition to volunteer work, he has served as an adjunct professor teaching business courses at multiple universities at the undergraduate and graduate level since 2013.

In his free time, Jim enjoys spending time with his family, collecting passport stamps, and he is an avid road cyclist.
